Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Inbound Process

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide prompt assistance for queries, requests, and complaints.
Log service requests and complaints accurately in the CRM system on behalf of customers.
Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and educate customers about bank products and their benefits.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.
Identify recurring issues, capture problem indicators, and suggest process improvements.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand, capture, and interpret customer information effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of banking products; experience in banking or credit cards is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
