Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Identify customer needs and assist in resolving product or service-related issues.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders, billing, services, or complaints.
Escalate complex queries to senior support staff when necessary.

Requirements:
Any Graduate fresher can apply
0-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
