Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via calls Provide accurate information about Mpokket's products and services Follow call scripts and quality guidelines Maintain customer satisfaction through timely resolution

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English 12th Pass or Graduate Freshers welcome; experience in voice process is a plus Basic computer knowledge
