Position Overview:

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

for a leading domestic insurance process. The role involves advising potential leads on suitable

health, motor, and life insurance products

while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to connect with potential customers Understand and recommend appropriate insurance plans Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Preferred Background:

Insurance or sales experience is an advantage

Languages:

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)

Salary Range:

Freshers: Up to ?25,000 CTC Experienced: Up to ?35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Work Schedule:

6 days working Rotational shifts (female employees will be scheduled only till 8 PM)

Interview Process:

HR Screening Versant (Level 6 Certified) Written Test Operations Round Client Interview
