Customer Service Executive
to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
Liaise with international agents , and internal departments to ensure timely execution of shipments.
Manage booking, billing, and cargo tracking activities.
Verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, etc.).
Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Requirements
:
0-3 years of experience in
freight forwarding / logistics / shipping
industry.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage (training will be provided if not experienced).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
