International BPO exp
Exp in Work force management tools
- He/she need to call internal employees of aditya birla group (no external clients)
work on tickets raised by employees to service a specific set of activities identified in a HR process using pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
within pre-defined Service Level agreements (SLA).
