Customer Success Associate

Location:

Kharadi/ Shivaji Nagar/ Viman Nagar , Pune

Work Mode:

Work from Office (Walk-in Interviews)

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to connect with potential customers Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Preferred Background:

Insurance or sales experience is an advantage

Languages:

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)

Salary Range:

Up to ?35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Work Schedule:

6 days working Rotational shifts (female employees will be scheduled only till 8 PM)
