Job Description

Co odinating with Sales and pricing for container booking. Placing bookings with Shipping lines, following up with lines, validating and confirming all shipment bookings Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers/ Shipping lines. Fetching and issuing correct vessel schedule from shipping line to Customer Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer Use daily customer service report to make sure all release requirements have been met before container pickup.
