Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Matunga, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide product and service information to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues.Adzuna

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
