1 Good Communication skills English & Hindi Mandatory Plus one local Language
2 5 years' experience
3 Graduate in any discipline or Diploma
4 Positive attitude & quick learner
5 Good knowledge of the geography of the area handling
6 should have handle a team
7 Monitoring Calls in the Geography and responsible for service Levels
8 Follow up with the ASP on the call updates & push them for faster closures
9 Ability to handle Irate customer calmly
10 preferably worked in some CRM software
11 ASP monthly claims process & TV/Panel/spares stock Management
12 Technical knowledge on Television will be added advantage
13 Ability to respond to customer emails /Chats & WhatsApp

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
