We are hiring for Customer Service Manager

Location : Chennai

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Salary : Upto 10 LPA

Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team :

Manage, train, and mentor a team of customer service and support specialists. Foster a client-centric culture focused on proactive communication and problem-solving.

Client Relationship Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with our training solutions.

Onboarding & Implementation Support :

Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Provide guidance on platform setup, user management, and program logistics.

Problem Resolution & Escalation Management :

Act as the first point of escalation for complex client issues. Diagnose problems, coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, IT, content development), and provide timely, effective solutions.

Process Improvement:

Develop and refine customer service protocols, workflows, and best practices. Implement systems to track client feedback, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve service efficiency.

Gather Client Insights :

Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our products and services. Share these insights with the product development, content, and sales teams.

Reporting & Analytics :

Generate regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction metrics, and key support trends for senior management.

Key Skills :

Exceptional communication skills,

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with CRM software

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
