Job description:
Receive and log customer complaints through various channels
Ensure complaints are resolved within the stipulated time frame.
Maintain detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and escalations for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide clear and transparent responses to customers regarding their grievances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM systems and complaint management software (CMS).
Experience in complaint resolution and having handled regulatory complaints would be preferred but not mandatory.
