G M Fabrics is hiring "Customer Service Manager" who will be overseeing and managing customer service team.

Work days

: 6 days working(Sunday is a fixed off)

Job Role:



Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, from initial inquiry and quotation to order confirmation, production tracking, and dispatch. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Production, Planning, Sales, and Logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Monitor production schedules and communicate any potential delays or issues to customers proactively. Manage customer requirements related to specific textile specifications, quality checks, packaging, and shipping instructions. Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, production delays, new product offerings, and any changes impacting their business. Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and product development. Leverage CRM systems and other relevant software to track customer interactions, manage data, and generate reports. Generate regular reports on customer service performance, trends, and key metrics. Present insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Textile Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in customer service, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/management role. Proven experience within the textile or apparel manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
