We are looking for a proactive and experience Customer Care Manager to lead and manage Post - sales support for UK Travel Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer service calls
Resolve customers complaints effectively
maintain details records of all customers complaints, action taken, and outcomes
Address formal complaints filed through ABTA , ATOL and other regulatory bodies.
