Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the service coordinator to organize, schedule, and prioritize the service team's workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks based on technician capability and project complexity. Guide and supervise the service team for effective work distribution and execution. Manage training and skill development initiatives within the Service Department. Develop strategies to grow service division sales, including promotions, AMC proposals, and enhanced service offerings. Assist in preparing estimates and proposals for equipment, services, and maintenance contracts based on site inspections and ROI calculations. Monitor ongoing project costs and profitability to ensure service efficiency. Establish and manage the on-call service schedule and handle emergency service dispatches. Provide technical support and mentorship to service technicians. Approve personnel timesheets and verify accuracy of service tickets and field reports. Oversee inventory control and maintenance of tools and service equipment. Conduct quality checks and regular site visits to ensure service standards are met. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and proper execution of all commitments.

Skills & Competencies:

Minimum

10+ years

experience in service management within the

refrigeration industry

. Proven leadership experience in managing a service team of at least

5-7 members

. Strong customer orientation and commitment to high-quality service delivery. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare and present technical proposals and close service deals. Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation tools. Capable of working under pressure and delivering results within deadlines.
