Service Coordinator - Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for appointments, adjusting for urgency in battery/power systems or client sites.?
Coordinate with teams to resolve delays, handle complaints, and ensure timely delivery while tracking inventory and service records.?
Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs like response times, and contribute to service policies for compliance in tenders/procurement.?
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in business, engineering, or related field; 3-5 years in service coordination or customer support, ideally in energy/tech sectors.?
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and knowledge of regulatory standards like those for medical devices or power equipment.?
Experience in care/management preferred for supervisory roles.?
Essential Skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities for client liaison and team motivation.??
Problem-solving, record-keeping, and familiarity with IT infrastructure or logistics.?
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-department coordination.
