Job brief
We are looking for a Service Manager to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Job Responsibilities :
. Revenue Generation -60 Lakh yearly
Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and ensure a minimum satisfaction rating of 8 or above. Take necessary actions for continuous improvement based on feedback received.
A dedicated team should be assigned to efficiently handle 5 AMC calls, 2-3 installation calls, and 2-3 breakdown calls on a daily basis.
The service team meeting should be conducted weekly independently, and a monthly meeting should be conducted with the Operations or SBA Sir.
The weekly and monthly data should be sent to VSA Madam and the Operations team.
Effective handling and accountability of standby units and customer property must be maintained at all times.
