We are in the business of providing relief to customers who are debilitated by their lifestyle disorders or their over dependence on medicine. We believe that if your body gets a Hugg, it may never need a drug. So we are out trying to help as many people as we can, and are looking for someone with the same zest to help us solve these problems and to reach out to many more people.

About the job:We are looking for a

sincere and meticulous individual who will help manage the incoming consumer greivance, request, querys through all channels and put up a very positive front when the customer interacts with the company for the first time.



1. Address, Assign, Supervise chats, mails, social media requests, comments, reviews from the customer

2. Train junior staff to become adept at handing queries

3. Handle difficult customers and ensure redressal of any and every kind of complaint/query/issue

4. Report on open issues, team performance and overall performance when dealing with the customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
