Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies, managing a team of customer service representatives, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance.
Customer Service Strategy: Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
