Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Customer Service Leader - Sales Coordination

to oversee our Sales Coordination team in the India office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with

SAP and Oracle ERP systems

. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, high-quality customer service, and effective collaboration with internal teams across MEF's international operations.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, supervise, and mentor the Sales Coordination team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries through

SAP and Oracle ERP

. Manage day-to-day operations to maintain exceptional customer service standards and efficient order-to-cash processes. Serve as the

ERP subject matter expert

, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and guiding team members on system best practices. Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, coordinating with cross-functional departments to implement effective solutions. Track service metrics, analyze performance data, and recommend actionable improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, providing ongoing coaching and training to drive high performance and professional development.

Qualifications



Proven experience leading

Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination

teams--preferably in a

marine supply, trading, logistics, or B2B environment

. Strong working knowledge of

SAP and Oracle ERP

platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret customer service KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process enhancements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
