If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role, youre in the right place.About you and this roleAs a senior customer service leader, you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating multiple leaders and groups of customer service professionals while working closely with multiple functions to ensure that Customer Service plans are integrated with the overall Business strategies and objectives. You will be expected to turn multiple business and leveraged ISC strategies into customer service day-to-day operation excellence.Integrated Supply Chain - Regional Customer Service refers to the regional organization that acts as an interface between Dow customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability for Dow. Responsibilities of the organization include but are not limited to effective order management, customer intimacy, maintenance of service levels aligned with business prioritization and differentiation between Customer requirements and Dow capabilities to ensure balanced solutioning on a daily basis. As a leader of leaders, you will partner to help set the culture and ensure a positive employee experience for Team Dow in India.Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple business-aligned and leveraged order management teams, ensuring compliance with standard work procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to align customer service with overall business strategies and objectives, driving service excellence and profitability.
  • Make key decisions regarding employee performance, escalations, and exceptions, fostering a positive employee experience and setting the culture for Team Dow in India.
  • Implement and oversee work processes, Most Effective Technology (MET), and best practices to optimize order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support large strategic end-to-end projects, identifying and leading order fulfillment optimization initiatives, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and conduct effective functional onboarding and training programs, ensuring the development of operation and leadership competencies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Masters degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of combined experience ideally in Supply chain but could also be in allied functions/teams like Purchasing, Sales/Marketing, M&E (Manufacturing & Engineering)
  • Strong People Leadership experience would be preferred
  • Strong business and financial acumen would be preferred
  • Passion for team building/organization building, coaching, mentoring
  • Expertise in Continuous improvement methodologies and/or metrics, storytelling and data analysis would be preferred

  • Requires strong influence management skills and understanding of business priorities.
  • Ability to persuade others (internal and external stakeholders) through effective communication skills and strong collaboration skills across colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the region and its capabilities / global connect and presence and excellent data analytics & process knowledge.
  • Familiarity of leading improvement projects and having accountability for on-going activities or initiatives.
  • Exhibition of strong work ethic and responsiveness to facilitate excellent Customer Experience.
