to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-store support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions
Maintain customer records and update databases as required
Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and service requests
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and service
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in English and local languages
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, email handling)
