Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Service Intern
to support our customer experience team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that queries are handled with clarity, empathy, and speed. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands build strong customer loyalty and engagement.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide product information, usage guidance, and order updates.
Track and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.
Maintain records of interactions in CRM tools.
Share customer insights with the product and marketing teams.
Support in building FAQs and automated chatbot responses.
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Interest in skincare/beauty and willingness to learn.
Basic problem-solving skills and patience in handling queries.
Familiarity with social media & e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Final-year students or recent graduates preferred.
