We are on a mission to change the way the lab-grown diamond industry operates by making it very easy and quick to buy and sell diamonds. We aim to close the bridge between buyers and sellers of lab-grown diamonds through our marketplace, which will focus on facilitating quick deliveries, transparent pricing, and financing options to purchase and sell diamonds and jewelry worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the business model in detail
Engaging with the suppliers and understanding their requirements
Ensuring that all supplier inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining a high degree of telephone etiquette to maintain good supplier and business relationship
Staying in tune with the trends in the lab-grown diamond industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills
Focused and goal-oriented
Speaks Gujarati, Hindi, English
Female candidates preferred
