Customer Service Executives
for an
International BPO Voice Process
. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Maintain proper call logs and documentation
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Meet individual and team performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in International BPO voice process is an advantage
