Assist the service team with client queries, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
Support in preparing service-related reports, documentation, and records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track service requests and update status in the system/CRM.
Participate in client feedback collection and analysis for service improvement.
Handle administrative tasks related to the service department.
Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (pursuing/final year) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team environment.
