We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive (or Intern) to manage backend customer support operations for Thieme's online journals and print subscriptions. This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating dispatches, maintaining records, supporting proposal and reporting needs, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders -- including the German operations team.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, a commerce background, and a proactive approach to coordination and documentation.
