Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via WhatsApp, calls, and email
Understand client needs, concerns, and preferences and communicate them clearly to the internal team
Assist clients with diet-related queries, schedule updates, and progress tracking
Maintain a warm, supportive, and solution-focused communication style
Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and consistently engaged
Food Sourcing & Coordination
Help source specific foods, ingredients, or products required for customised client plans
Coordinate with vendors, local suppliers, and stores to identify availability and pricing
Assist in ensuring timely delivery or pickup for clients when required
Maintain a sourcing database (vendors, prices, locations) for internal use
Support the nutrition team in procuring specialty items for diet plans
Operations & Administrative Support
Update client records and progress logs
Assist in documenting dietary preferences, restrictions, and feedback
Coordinate internally with the nutrition and logistics teams
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills -- friendly, clear, patient, and professional
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Interest in wellness, nutrition, or customer service
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple client requests
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and email communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
