Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Customer Service & Installation Manager

to lead our customer service and installation operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless post-sales support, smooth installation processes, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer service and installation teams Plan, schedule, and oversee product installations at client sites Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues Monitor installation quality and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines Develop SOPs to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction Train and mentor service staff and field technicians to build capabilities

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:

10-15 years in customer service, installation, or project execution roles in building materials or related industries

Salary Range :

40,000 to 50,000

Skills:

Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

Knowledge:

Installation processes, service operations, and customer handling

Ability:

To lead field teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
