Checking of hand over e-mail from Pricing team when nomination is confirmed with regard to shipment details.
Opening of job in the system.
Co-ordinating with the agent for pick up, booking and flight / vessel space availability
Co-ordinating/tracking with the agent and update customer on daily basis for the status update
Obtain draft AWB/BLS along with invoice and packing list from the agent and check If it is in line with the invoice and packing list and if it is ok then share it with customer for approval
Once approved by the customer, give go ahead to the agent for documents.
Obtain final pre-alert from agent and check if all in order and no details are changed after confirming the drafts
Share pre-alert with the customer along with the Draft Can (for air shipment 2 days in prior to arrival of shipment and 7 days prior to arrival of sea shipments). Obtain approval from customer on Draft Can and finalize once the shipment arrives.
Share Pre-alert with the customer along with the CAN copy
Once the CARGO arrives ensure that the delivery order is released to them on timely basis without any issues
Obtain Agent or co-loader / shipping line invoice and book the same in the system
Once all the relevant documents are in place, lock the job after checking the job profitability.
