Coordinating with Client, Shipping Line and Field Staff for shipment status, updating daily status report in excel. Coordinate with documentation staff for Checklist and submission.
Providing information to various clients regarding Import shipments through e-mail.
Following up with Shipping Line for vessel details.
Keeping Customer updated on status of shipments from time to time.
Collecting information from various Shipping Companies / Liners regarding vessel arrival status for Import shipment details and Vessel Cut off details for shipment
Liasioning with transporters for making arrangement for transportation of various Import shipments.
Manage implementation from start to finish.
DFIA, FPS, FMS, VKUY,Advance license and EPCG License.
Import clearance process for smooth function without any kind of delay
Experience: 1 to2 Years.
