Position:

Customer Service Executive / Operations / Sales coordinator (Freight Forwarding)

Work Location:

Surat

Requirements:



Candidates having min 2 years of Customer Service experience in Import / Export freight forwarding dept. Good knowledge and understanding of INCO TERMS to enhance smooth process. Good geographical knowledge of International Ports, Indian Ports and ICD's.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling customer's Import Export inquiries and quote/ co-ordinate with pricing team for quotes. Coordinate with the Pricing team for quotations/renegotiations and ensure correct rates are shared with customers. Work closely with the operations team and transportation team for smooth job execution and vehicle arrangements. Maintain proper communication balance between customers and internal teams for seamless shipment handling. Resolve customer queries related to shipments and ensure high service satisfaction.
Forward work sheet for invoice preparation to Accounts Team

Responsible for Operation Job Closing

Must have knowledge on working on logisys or any application related to opening of jobs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
