Coordinate with operations and technical teams to resolve service requests.
Maintain service logs, records, and customer interaction updates in the system.
Follow up with clients on complaints, pending tasks, and service satisfaction.
Ensure timely communication of service schedules, technician visits, and updates.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports related to customer service operations.
Escalate issues to the concerned team when required and ensure closure.
Support the overall customer experience by maintaining a courteous and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in facility management or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
