Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers. The role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing guidance throughout the travel insurance policy issuance process, and ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle incoming calls from UK customers?

? Respond to customer queries via phone, and when required, through email and chat?

? Issue travel insurance policies?

? Log and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures?

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions?

Education & Experience

? Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply?

? Basic computer knowledge is essential?

? Minimum educational qualification: SSC and Higher Secondary (Plus Two)?

Key Competencies

? Strong verbal and written communication skills?

? Good listening, reading and typing abilities?

? Basic IT literacy?

? Adaptability and willingness to learn?

? Ability to work effectively in a team environment?

? Flexibility to work any shift between 12:00 PM - 2:00 AM UK time, 5 days a week (9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break)?

? Availability during the induction period (no leave permitted during the first 3 months)?
