Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive/Officer specializing in Air & Ocean Imports for a reputed freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling import shipments, customer coordination, and documentation in freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Air & Ocean import shipments end-to-end.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
Manage import documentation (Bills of Entry, Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, etc.).
Ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of shipments.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Prepare and share shipment status reports with clients.
Work closely with internal operations and sales teams for customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate (preferred: specialization in logistics, supply chain, or international business).
3-6 years of experience in freight forwarding - imports (Air & Ocean).
Strong knowledge of import documentation and clearance procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle client escalations and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
