Job Description
Position: Customer Service
Locations: Delhi (New Friends Colony) and Mumbai (Bandra)
We are looking for a female candidate with excellent communication skills for a customer service role. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales within luxury, hospitality, creative, art, fashion, handicraft, or related industries--someone who can effectively explain and present products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong product sales skills
- Proficient in computers and MS Excel
- Desk job (6 days working with rotational offs)
- Shift timings: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation - best in the industry
- PF, Mediclaim, and other benefits applicable after completion of 3 months
