We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Service Executive - Export
to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will manage export shipments, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth documentation and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
export documentation
and shipment processing.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and vendors to ensure timely shipment execution.
Resolve customer queries regarding shipments, documentation, and freight charges.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all export operations.
Support the operations team in planning and coordinating export activities.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 - 4 years in
customer service for freight forwarding/export
operations.
Strong knowledge of
export documentation
and shipping procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/shipping software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
