IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive-Retail Asset Inbound. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail asset customers through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from retail asset customers and provide timely and accurate resolution to their queries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Educate customers on various products and services offered by the bank and assist them in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of regional languages is a plus
