Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls professionally.

Provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.

Schedule and confirm client appointments.

Maintain client data and call records systematically.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (No compromise on English communication)

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
