Your role is to create a seamless, elevated experience -- from the moment a guest walks in to the time they leave -- ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, bookings, and inquiries.
Coordinate with trainers, wellness specialists, and cafe teams to ensure effortless service flow.
Support membership consultations, renewals, and client engagement initiatives.
Uphold impeccable presentation standards and a refined member environment.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or fitness.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Polished grooming and a naturally service-oriented demeanor.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-end environment.
Knowledge of CRM or fitness management systems preferred.
