About the Role

We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for a virtual, work-from-home position. You will handle customer queries, manage renewals, resolve issues, and maintain service excellence from your home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service and renewal-related calls Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns Maintain customer records Deliver high-quality service from a remote/WFH setup Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Skills

Gujarati communication (mandatory) Hindi communication Good computer handling skills suitable for WFH

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year recent experience in Customer Service or Renewals HSC/12th Pass Age: 21-35 years Must be available for virtual interview rounds Must reside in Surat or Vapi for WFH hiring

Work Schedule (WFH - Day Shift)

10 AM to 7 PM 12 PM to 9 PM 1 rotational weekly off between Monday to Friday
