Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers
Provide accurate information about real estate projects, pricing, and offers
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Support sales activities and help in lead conversion
Maintain proper call and lead data in CRM or registers
