Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Support Executive to handle all customer enquiries for Goodwyn Tea. You will talk to customers across phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and our website. The role includes resolving basic issues, coordinating with internal teams, and following up until every case is closed. You will also call recent customers to collect feedback and suggest products they may like.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Handle customer enquiries from all channels.

Speak to customers, understand issues, and give clear responses.

Escalate cases to the right team when needed.

Follow-Up & Coordination



Track each case until it is fully resolved.

Work with operations, retail, e-commerce, and distribution teams.

Keep customers updated at every step.

Feedback



Call recent B2C customers for feedback.

Suggest suitable products or offers based on their preferences.

Direct offline customer to our online platforms

Data & Reporting



Maintain all records in Google Sheets.

Update daily/weekly reports on enquiries and resolutions.

Support the shift to a CRM system in the future.

Skills & Traits



Very polite and clear communicator.

Diligent, organised, and dependable.

Quick on follow-ups and comfortable multitasking.

Good with Google Sheets.

Energetic and service-oriented.

Qualifications



1-2 years of experience in customer support or tele-support.

Experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a plus.

Must be based in Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
