Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Support Executive to handle all customer enquiries for Goodwyn Tea. You will talk to customers across phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and our website. The role includes resolving basic issues, coordinating with internal teams, and following up until every case is closed. You will also call recent customers to collect feedback and suggest products they may like.
