Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries professionally and resolve their issues. Explain products or services clearly to customers and encourage them to make purchases. Generate leads and set up appointments for sales teams. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Follow up with interested customers and close sales where possible. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Maintain a positive, professional, and polite communication tone at all times.

Requirements:



Minimum 10+2 / Graduate qualification. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred. Good communication skills in [local language/English/Hindi as required]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
