Position Title:

Customer Service Executive - Warehouse & Transportation

Employment Type:

Full-time - Contract

Key Responsibilities:

? Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warehouse and transportation-related inquiries.

? Coordinate with internal warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and deliveries.

? Manage customer booking, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

? Maintain accurate documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, delivery notes, and inventory status.

? Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with service standards and KPIs.

? Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues where necessary.

? Assist in preparing reports related to service performance, inventory movement, and logistics operations.

? Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot disruptions.

? Ensure proper billing and documentation for warehouse storage and transportation services.

Requirements:

? Minimum Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

? At least 2 years of experience in customer service within warehousing and freight forwarding.

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. English proficiency highly required.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of WMS or TMS systems is an advantage.

? Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

? Bilingual preferred (depending on customer profile).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,579.22 - ?27,108.29 per month
