Position Title:

Customer Service Executive - Warehouse & Transportation

Employment Type:

Full-time - Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warehouse and transportation-related inquiries.


Coordinate with internal warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and deliveries.


Manage customer booking, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.


Maintain accurate documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, delivery notes, and inventory status.


Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with service standards and KPIs.


Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues where necessary.


Assist in preparing reports related to service performance, inventory movement, and logistics operations.


Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot disruptions.


Ensure proper billing and documentation for warehouse storage and transportation services.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.


At least 2 years of experience in customer service within warehousing and freight forwarding.


Strong communication and problem-solving skills. English proficiency highly required.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of WMS or TMS systems is an advantage.


Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Bilingual preferred (depending on customer profile).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,579.22 - ₹27,108.29 per month
