Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through voice and chat
Resolve concerns related to
telecom billing and basic customer issues
Ensure accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills
Provide support to international customers
Work in
US (Night) shifts
Key Requirements
Minimum 6+ months International BPO experience is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written English
Comfortable with night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
