Kamna Mart Private Limited is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound/outbound customer calls Resolve customer queries professionally Provide product/service information Record interactions in the system Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements



12th Pass / Graduate

Previous customer care experience is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Good communication & basic computer skills Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
