Job Description

1-5 years of experience in branch operations, cash operations, documentation and compliance processes. Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of banking operations preferred.

Resolve customer issues, maintain records, collaborate with teams manage queries and meet performance targets.

Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure high level of Customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with Customer using software. Collaborate with internal team to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Manage customer queries and concerns through site visit, phone call, emails or chat. Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates and first call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile



1-5 years of experience in branch operations, cash operations, documentation and/or compliance processes. Strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of banking operations would be an added advantage.
