Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers -- handling orders, queries, and communication.
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for dispatch planning and delivery tracking.
Manage stock updates, order status reports, and customer feedback.
Maintain and update customer databases and order records in Excel/ERP systems.
Ensure smooth coordination with distributors, retailers, and internal teams for order flow.
Support sales teams with product information, pricing details, and promotional updates.
Prepare periodic reports on order status, service levels, and customer interactions.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel & ERP order management
Knowledge of stock management and dispatch operations
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized
