About the Role:

Customer Service Executive
to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling
live chat support
for our
US-based clients
, ensuring quick, clear, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time
chat support
to customers across the US market
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
Accurately log all customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed
Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Requirements:
1-2 years
of experience in customer support (chat-based preferred)
Excellent
written and verbal communication
in English
Experience dealing with
international (US-based)
customers
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Familiarity with chat platforms like
Zendesk, Zohodesk, Freshdesk
, or similar
Willingness to work during
US business hours
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in
e-commerce, SaaS

service-based industries

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
